Why We Exist

Most plans fail before the failure is obvious.

The company can have a smart plan and still lack the working conditions required to execute it.

2ndSys exists to identify the constraints most likely to prevent a plan from producing the expected result. Sometimes those constraints sit in technology. Sometimes they sit in ownership, decision flow, leadership dependency, or handoffs between teams and systems.

Our work is not implementation optimism. We determine whether the way work gets done can support the plan being pursued.
